The 2024 AGM will be held in Quesnel September 7, at 7:00 pm or one hour
following the Co-Approved Rodeo being held the same day. Whichever is later,
will not start prior to 7:00 PM.
ALL MEMBERS & ASSOCIATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.
We will be voting on several available positions for the Board of Directors. There
are positions in the North and in the South. Should we have the exact number of
Nominations as positions available, there will be no vote necessary.
Nominations must be received via email at hsrofbcsecretary@gmail.com one week
before the AGM, August 31, 2024. A nominee must hold an Associate Membership
and a nomination form must be signed by three Associate Members and the
Nominee.

As per HSR of BC Bylaws
NO NOMINATIONS WILL BE TAKEN FROM THE FLOOR.
The AGM will be held at Alex Fraser Park concession area or arena bleachers depending on the current situation, and will be announced the day of.
Anyone wishing to have an Item added to the AGM Agenda can send items in advance to hsrofbcsecretary@gmail.com, or may be added at the time of the meeting.
