CONGRATULATIONS to all the qualifiers for the 2020-2021 High School Provincial Finals!
The HSR of BC Board of Directors has made a Special Resolution with regard to the High School Division Provincial Finals for this unprecedented season. These changes will be for the current season only and are as follows:
The 2020-2021 High School Provincial Finals qualifications will follow normal rules other than the exemption for the 2020-2021 Finals only, we will accept 15 places from the North Region and 15 places from the South Region rather than 12. We will roll down to 18th place to fill empty spots.
If you are in 1st to 18th place in your events, you may enter the High School Provincial Finals through the Rodeo Management system at bchsra.ca starting Friday May 28, 2021 through Thursday June 3rd, 2021. Call in entries are June 3rd 6:30-9:30PM 250-392-7153. If Denise does not answer, she is on another call so please leave a message.
We want to be clear that there will be strict COVID-19 protocols in place, including, first and foremost – NO SPECTATORS! The full COVID plan is being updated for approval from Northern Health and will be shared with you prior to the rodeo. Everyone will be expected to follow the plan to the letter or you will be asked to leave so please DO NOT put the Association in that position.
Entry fees are $100/event, there are NO admin fees. Please include $20 camping fee with your entry fees. E-TRANSFER fees to firstname.lastname@example.org include your name and the events you are entering in the notes.
