The 2021 AGM will be held in Williams Lake September 25, 2021, one hour following the Co-Approved Rodeo being held the same day.

All Members and Associate Members are encouraged to attend. We will be voting on three available positions for the Board of Directors. Should we have the exact number of Nominations as positions available, there will be no vote necessary. Nominations must be received via email at email@example.com one week prior to the AGM, September 18, 2021 in this case. A nominee must hold an Associate Membership and a nomination form must be signed by three Associate Members and the Nominee. Nomination forms can be found on the bchsra.ca website, under Members and Forms.
*As per HSR of BC Bylaws, there will be NO NOMINATIONS TAKEN FROM THE FLOOR.
The AGM will be held at the Williams Lake Curling rink on the second floor. Anyone wishing to have an Item added to the AGM Agenda can send items in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org, or may be added at the time of the meeting.
